Role Overview
We are seeking a driven, hands-on Sales Manager to lead project sales of construction chemicals, particularly admixtures, across large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, metros, tunnels, dams, airports, ports, etc.). The ideal candidate will be a field-focused hustler with solid connections in the contractor ecosystem and a proven record of driving project sales from specification to supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of admixtures and other construction chemicals across assigned territories.
- Identify, approach, and convert new infrastructure contractors and EPC clients.
- Ensure product approvals through technical submittals, demos, and performance trials.
- Build strong relationships with site engineers, project managers, purchase heads, and consultants.
- Track and influence decision-making at various stages of the project lifecycle.
- Stay engaged at site-level to support in dosing, trial, and performance monitoring.
- Map upcoming infrastructure projects and key decision-makers.
- Provide competitive insights, pricing intelligence, and product feedback to internal teams.
- Maintain updated CRM and sales funnel data with accuracy.
- Liaise with tech, supply chain, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and site support.
- Offer field insights to help improve the platform, products, and customer experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4-10 years of B2B sales experience in construction chemicals - admixtures, waterproofing, repair products, concrete additives, etc.
- Must have worked with infrastructure contractors or EPCs (not focused on real estate projects).
- Existing network with site-level personnel and project influencers.
- Strong project sales orientation - from spec-in to supply.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and field-first approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
