About Company:

A leading RBI-registered NBFC that provides customized debt solutions and financing to mid-market enterprises and MSMEs across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently prepare comprehensive credit assessments covering macro-overview, industry/sector, competitor, business, financial, and credit analysis through desk review and on-field diligence.

- Continuously monitor allocated portfolio clients and prepare detailed proposal notes for internal circulation.

- Engage with clients' senior management and present their credit profiles to internal teams and the Credit Committee.

- Collaborate with the sales team, account relationship team, and other departments for new sourcing, renewals, and reviews.

- Identify early warning signs of credit deterioration and conduct joint monitoring of portfolio with account relationship teams.

- Form and suggest a course of action regarding client exposures.

- Contribute to firm-wide projects focused on technology improvement, reporting enhancement, and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Requirements:

- CA or MBA with minimum 1+ years of relevant credit assessment experience in corporates.

- Experience in structured credit/lending or portfolio/credit monitoring within Banks, NBFCs, PE funds, Debt funds, or Rating agencies.

- Background in due diligence or transaction advisory.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills for financial statement analysis and problem-solving in credit underwriting.

- Excellent report writing and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with ability to manage work under tight timelines.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India for on-field client monitoring.

- Capability to work proactively and independently as well as within teams.

- Deadline-driven, organized, and responsible with a high attention to detail.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
