Role Overview:
- We are seeking a seasoned research leader with deep expertise in A2R, C2C, or Payroll processes to drive our thought leadership and research initiatives.
- You will develop innovative perspectives, design and execute quantitative and qualitative research, and produce high-impact deliverables-including reports, articles, and client presentations-while staying abreast of emerging technologies like Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to high-quality A2R, C2C, or Payroll research and thought leadership.
- Design and manage research projects, analyzing and synthesizing data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop frameworks and solutions to address client and market needs.
- Collaborate across teams to align research with business objectives and amplify content across digital channels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years in business research, analysis, or consulting, with in-depth knowledge of A2R, C2C, or Payroll (end-to-end process expertise required).
- Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, CA) preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver research/consulting services to large enterprises.
- Strong writing and presentation skills; proficient in MS Office, visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and generative AI platforms.
- Experience with primary and secondary research methods, survey tools (Qualtrics, SAS, SPSS), and project management.
- Excellent communication, networking, and teamwork abilities.
