Job Summary:
- Formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Note Sheets, and Policies in alignment with business requirements and to ensure the adherence of same.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of the recruitment process, maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing the candidates pool and usage of alternate avenues of sourcing.
- Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze recruitment-related MIS reports.
- Ensuring Recruitment Cost Optimization.
- Ensure completion of tasks within the pre-defined TAT.
- Manage team performance, delegate tasks, resolve queries, and provide necessary support wherever required.
- Manage the timely execution of PMS activities, including leading the PMS team to ensure the timely issuance of Job Descriptions (JD) and Key Result Areas (KRA).
- Provide robust support for HR-related issues.
- Spearhead the development of the second line resource.
