Role : Manager / Sr. Manager - Quick Commerce

Are you passionate about driving growth in the fast-paced world of Quick Commerce and Digital Commerce?

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven professional to lead our Quick Commerce business across leading platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and other emerging channels.

Location : Delhi

Experience:- 7 - 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive complete Q-Commerce P&L

- Scale GMV, profitability, and business performance

- Manage platform relationships and growth initiatives

- Drive assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility strategies

- Optimize inventory planning and operational efficiency

- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product teams

- Analyze business metrics and identify growth opportunities

- Lead platform expansion and digital commerce initiatives

Ideal Candidate :

- Experience managing Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.

- Strong exposure to D2C, FMCG, Consumer Brands, Retail, or Digital-First businesses

- Proven track record of handling platform P&L and growth metrics

- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills

- Startup or high-growth business experience preferred
