Team Size: Will lead a team of 2 members

Experience: 20 - 22 years (Candidates with relevant corporate project experience may be considered)

Age Preference: 35 - 45 years

Mobility: High - Frequent travel across manufacturing plants in India

Key Responsibilities:

Civil Projects Management:

- Assess civil maintenance requirements across all plant locations and propose budgets.

- Drive execution of approved projects and monitor progress against timelines and budgets.

- Coordinate extensively with Plant Teams, Manufacturing Heads, and Corporate Leadership.

- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to safety standards.

- Publish monthly MIS and quarterly review reports.

Renewable Energy Projects:

- Lead renewable energy initiatives from conceptualization to commissioning.

- Review engineering drawings, layouts, and financial feasibility.

- Prepare project budgets and obtain management approvals.

- Manage techno-commercial evaluations, vendor negotiations, and contractor finalization.

- Monitor execution progress and provide regular updates to leadership.

Greenfield / Brown field Expansion Projects:

- Review engineering designs, layouts, and project estimates.

- Drive execution in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Evaluate and finalize contractors/vendors through techno-commercial assessments.

- Monitor project milestones, budget utilization, and risk mitigation.

- Present project status updates to top management.
