About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage project costs, track progress, and ensure smooth execution of construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow
- Track daily progress and ensure timelines are met
- Prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for project status
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Handle procurement tracking and vendor follow-ups
- Manage project documentation and audits
- Support project financial closure and handover
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in project cost control or project management
- Good knowledge of construction processes
- Hands-on with Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Qualification - B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) + MBA From Tier 1/2
