Position : Manager / Senior Manager - Product Operations
Reporting To : Head of Operations
Role Summary :
The Product Operations Manager will be responsible for driving and delivering of investment product information and client-facing materials. Working closely with Fund Managers, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams, the role will ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of Factsheets, Newsletters, DDQs, Consultant Database Updates, RFIs, RFPs, and other product-related communications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the preparation and delivery of Client Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), RFI/RFP submissions and consultant information requests for institutional and intermediary clients.
- Prepare and review investment product marketing documents, including Newsletters, Factsheets, fund brochures, PPTs for marketing decks, covering notes for emailers, etc.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information across internal systems, consultant databases & websites, Bloomberg, marketing materials, and third-party platforms.
- Work in close co-ordination with Compliance team members to ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements, our standards & ethics, etc.
- Coordinate and validate responses across Investments, Sales, Compliance, and Operations
- Develop and update document content from first draft stage to final document stage, with facts and figures presented as graphs, charts, diagrams, tables, along with write-up of Investment Thesis, Market Commentary, Economic Outlook, etc.
- Manage consultant databases and product information repositories.
- Coordinate website content updates & product disclosures and ensure fund NAV updates on Bloomberg
- Ensure consistency of product messaging across all client-facing materials.
- Drive continuous improvement in product documentation and process efficiency.
- Maintain operational controls, SOPs and risk registers.
- Lead usage of Salesforce as central system for delivery of newsletters.
Candidate Profile :
- 8-12 years of experience in Asset Management, PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds or Institutional Investment Management.
- Experience across Product Management, DDQs, Consultant Databases, RFP, RFI.
- Strong understanding of investment products, trade lifecycle and investment compliance.
- Experience with MS - Excel, Word, PPT, Adobe Editor, Bloomberg, Reuters.
