Position - Manager/ Senior Manager - Product Integration & Customer Success Objective : Your role will play a critical part in ensuring successful product integration, customer satisfaction, and long-term success. Your ability to manage product implementation, provide exceptional customer support, and foster strong relationships will contribute to the company's growth and reputation within the logistics technology market. Your role would involve ensuring successful integration of the company's logistics technology products (as per Indian Corporates need) with customers' systems and driving customer satisfaction. This role will also involve a strong coordination with the development team operating in London to make the product customized as per Indian Enterprise need. Responsibilities: - Lead product integration and implementation: Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and ensure seamless integration of the company's logistics technology products with their existing systems. Coordinate with internal teams, such as development and support, to ensure smooth implementation and resolve any technical issues that may arise. - Develop and execute onboarding plans: Create comprehensive onboarding plans to guide customers through the implementation process. Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the product's features and functionality. - Act as a primary point of contact: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and issues related to product integration and implementation. Maintain regular communication with customers, addressing their concerns and providing timely updates. - Monitor and optimize customer success: Track customer usage and adoption of the product, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Proactively engage with customers to drive value, address any challenges, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. - Gather customer feedback: Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback on product performance, usability, and potential enhancements. Share this feedback with the product development team to contribute to product roadmap planning and continuous improvement. - Develop and maintain customer relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and challenges. Advocate for their needs within the organization and ensure their overall satisfaction with the product and services. - Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics technology. Leverage this knowledge to provide proactive guidance and recommendations to customers, helping them optimize their logistics operations. Qualifications & Experience: - Degree-level education or equivalent (Business, Computer Science or other relevant field). - Lean 6-Sigma/Prince/APM or similar is advantageous. - 8-10 years of work experience - Proven experience in product integration, implementation, or customer success roles within the logistics or technology industry. - Strong technical aptitude and understanding of logistics technology solutions, such as transportation management systems (TMS) or supply chain visibility platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage customer expectations effectively.
