We're Hiring: Sr. Manager - Purchase (Corporate Office)

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager - Purchase to lead procurement operations at our corporate office. The role will focus on raw material sourcing, BOM management, and child parts procurement, with a strong preference for professionals experienced in bearing components and related parts sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic sourcing of raw materials, BOM, child parts & bearing components

- Vendor identification, development, negotiation & performance management

- Cost optimization and value engineering projects

- Close collaboration with R&D, Engineering & Production teams

- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies & audit standards

What We're Looking For:

- 12+ years of procurement/purchase experience (bearing/automotive/engineering industries preferred)

- Proven expertise in bearing components and precision parts sourcing

- Strong negotiation, supplier management & leadership skills

- ERP (SAP/Oracle) knowledge preferred
