Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager - Presales

Experience: 10-15 Years

Location: Pan India (Flexible)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Presales professional who will act as a key bridge between Sales, Technology/Product teams, and clients. This role is critical in driving winning proposals, crafting compelling solution narratives, and supporting deal closures within the insurance domain (P&C).

Key Responsibilities:

Presales & Solutioning:

- Lead and manage end-to-end RFP/RFQ responses

- Develop customized solutions aligned with client requirements and business objectives

- Create strong win themes, value propositions, and differentiation strategies

- Work on solutioning and cost modeling to ensure competitive and viable proposals

Storyboarding & Proposal Development:

- Build compelling storyboards and proposal narratives

- Translate complex technical solutions into clear, client-friendly presentations

- Ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across proposals

Client Engagement:

- Participate in client discussions, presentations, and bid defense meetings

- Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client pain points

- Present solutions confidently to stakeholders and leadership teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with technology, delivery, and product teams for solution validation

- Align internal stakeholders to ensure feasibility, timelines, and cost accuracy

Key Requirements:

- 10-15 years of experience in Presales / Solutioning roles

Strong experience in:

- RFP/RFQ management

- Solution drafting & win strategy creation

- Storyboarding & proposal writing

- Cost modeling & pricing support

- Client presentations and bid defense

- Mandatory experience in Insurance domain (P&C)

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure deal environments

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience with large deals and global clients

- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing strategies

- Exposure to consulting or IT services environment
