- Development and deployment of robust screening and assessment frameworks to identify cultural fit
- Creation of leadership development programs that build capability under high- pressure, high- workload conditions
- Establishment of formal HR systems, processes, and infrastructure to support high employee growth
- Data- driven approach to measuring culture, engagement, and performance metrics
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements for scaling organisations
- Experience building performance management systems that balance accountability with development
Qualification & Experience:
1. 7- 12 years of relevant experience
2. Preferable a Master Degree in the relevant field
