Manager/Senior Manager - Operations - Equity/ETF/Future & Option

Reporting to: Head - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Review of Settlement & accounting of equity/ETF/Future & Option (F&O) trades.

- Review of MTM (Mark to Market) matching.

- Review of Margin placement/Release for F&O.

- Review of ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) basket generation.

- Co-ordination with market maker /Investment team /custodian for smooth processing of ETF transactions.

- Co-ordination with Investment team /custodian Foreign security deals.

- Forex booking, Booking in back office system etc. for International Fund.

- Preparing and overviewing monthly, quarterly and annual reports sent to regulators.

- Preparing and reviewing GST returns.

- Co-ordinating with internal, statutory and SEBI auditors.

- Assisting in preparing and reviewing annual scheme financials & factsheets.

- Accounting various scheme expenses.

Knowledge & Essential Skills:

- Should be presentable with good communication and negotiation skills.

- Should have planning & organizing skills.

- Relationship skills necessary to manage inter-departmental interactions.

- Should be proactive and should have the ability to think through.

- Should have positive attitude and should be a good team player

Experience & Qualifications:

Qualification: CA/MBA

Experience : 5-10 years
