Job Description : - The incumbent will the Head Modern Trade sales channel & lead the business execution plan for the MT channel - Managing the entire team consisting of ISPs, Sales Representative & Account/Channel Leaders - Ensuring the channel delivers KPIs as per the set target for the month/quarter/year - Building strong relationship with MR retailers at the regional level - Will be responsible for performance management for the entire team - Will serve as a key member and actively work closely with the leadership team to ensure the business plans are executed and delivered in the field. Desired Candidate : - Post Graduate, preferably MBA in Marketing/Operations/Retail with 10 + years of proven experience in managing sales & distribution in Modern Trade - Excellent communication & presentation skills - Must possess knowledge of selling & merchandising FMCG products, initiative selling & instore operations - Must have strong analytical & problem solving skills - Should have managed large, dispersed sales team for at least 5 - 6 years
