
Key Responsibilities:
1. MIS & Reporting:
- Develop, manage, and optimize all MIS dashboards and periodic management reports.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and standardized reporting to the President's Office.
- Track and analyze hospital-wide KPIs including patient flow, revenue, occupancy, clinical efficiency, and cost metrics.
2. Data Analytics:
- Perform in-depth operational and financial data analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities across departments.
- Generate insights for improving patient care outcomes, resource utilization, and operational performance.
3. Business Intelligence & Systems:
- Work closely with IT to enhance HIS, EMR, ERP or other hospital information systems.
- Collaborate on automation of reports, dashboard design, and data quality assurance.
4. Strategic Support:
- Support the President and core leadership in high-level reviews, board presentations, and performance evaluations.
- Lead special analytical projects, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
- BCOM /MCOM / MBA / Master's in Healthcare Management or related field.
- Additional certifications in analytics, BI tools, or MIS preferred.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in a hospital or large healthcare organization is a must.
- Strong background in MIS, data analytics, hospital operations, and performance reporting.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Strong command of Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL (preferred).
- Deep understanding of HIS/EMR systems, hospital workflows, and operational KPIs.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Soft Skills:
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
