Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategy, drive traffic to our digital platforms, and boost online sales performance. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, performance analytics, customer behaviour, and e-commerce ecosystems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for e-commerce growth across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, creative, operations) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Performance Marketing:
- Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Affiliate, Influencer, Email, SMS).
- Leverage SEO/SEM, display advertising, re-marketing, and conversion optimization to drive ROAS and reduce CAC.
Marketplace Management:
- Oversee product listings, keyword optimization, A+ content creation, and promotions on marketplaces.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and platform account managers.
Content & Branding:
- Work with creative teams to plan and execute campaigns that enhance product visibility and brand recall.
- Manage digital content calendar for promotions, new launches, and festive campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyse website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.
- Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment, AOV, and customer LTV; recommend data-backed optimizations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 12+ Years of experience in digital marketing/e-commerce roles, preferably in B2C brands.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa etc.)
- Proficient with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
