Manager/Senior Manager - M&A & Investor Relations - Pharma

We are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Manager/Sr. Manager M&A and Investor Relations, Listed Company, Pharma Industry, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage investor relations activities, including investor communications, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.

- Conduct market intelligence and strategic research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.

- Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities through financial, commercial, and strategic analysis.

- Drive market engagement initiatives by building relationships with investors, analysts, industry participants, and key stakeholders.

- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and strategic insights to support executive decision-making.

- Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and economic trends impacting business performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies and support corporate growth initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

6+ years of experience in Equity Research, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, or related domains to support investor engagement, market intelligence, strategic research, and M&A evaluation initiatives.

Education:

- CA, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree from a Tier-I institution preferred.
