Essential : - Knowledge and experience of learning theory, technologies, psychology of learning and design solutions, including proven track record of embedded innovative blended solutions using 70:20:10 methodology - Excellent stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment. This shows up in the way you demonstrate initiative, think beyond the immediate need to deliver high value partnering - Exceptional analytical, prioritisation, and problem solving skills. - Face to face and on-line learning delivery/facilitation skills: A strong track record and a high level of expertise in facilitating learning in a professional environment, ability to deliver to cohorts of any level, comfortable with small and large group settings and must have knowledge and experience of how to deliver webinars and online workshops effectively. - The technical proficiency to create online learning solutions and the relevant skills to create a range of digital learning products. Experience of e-learning and content creation software and LMS experience is crucial. - Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative learning evaluation methods, analysis/interpretation of data and activation of action plan informed by this - Strong project management skills and follow through on goals, plans and projects.
