Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned L&D professional to lead the full lifecycle of Learning & Development initiatives at a corporate level. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring strong expertise in corporate learning strategy, talent development, and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end L&D lifecycle TNA, design, execution, and impact assessment
- Partner with business leaders to identify corporate learning requirements
- Lead and manage Talent Review processes and Succession Planning frameworks
- Design and implement leadership development and capability-building programs
- Work closely with HRBPs and leadership teams to align learning strategy with business goals
- Manage vendor partnerships and external learning interventions where required
- Track learning effectiveness through analytics and ROI measurement
- Support organizational development initiatives and workforce planning
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in corporate Learning & Development (full lifecycle management)
- Proven expertise in Talent Reviews and Succession Planning
- Experience working with mid-to-large corporate setups
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 or Tier 2 regular colleges preferred
- 815 years of relevant experience (depending on Manager / Sr. Manager level)
