Treasury Lead - Manager / Senior Manager Finance & Accounts

Experience: 5-10 Years

Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

Industry: Preferably from renewable energy/ Infrastructure

Team Size: approx. 4-5 people

ERP: SAP S4 Hana

Banking Operations: Manage payment processing, bank reconciliations, LC/BG issuance, Oversee all banking relationships with different banks.

Hedging: To co-ordinate with functional teams to evaluate the hedge exposures and create adequate hedge for the open exposures.

Lenders: Ensure timely interest / principal repayments and compliance with loan covenants and lender reporting requirements.

Cash Flow Management: Prepare and monitor short- and long-term cash flow forecasts considering Vendor Payments, revenue timelines. Optimize working capital and ensure liquidity for operational and project development needs.

Monthly Book Closing & Reporting: Lead the end-to-end month-end close process including reconciliations with banks, accruals of interest income and expense within defined timelines for management review.

Audits: Take active participation for timely audit closure, preparation of audit schedules and handle queries of auditors.
