Manager/Senior Manager - Investor Relations - FinTech/BFSI/NBFC

Key Responsibilities :

1. Investor Engagement and Communication :

- Support the team in enhancing communication strategies for institutional, retail, domestic, and international investors.

- Draft core IR materials, including quarterly earnings presentations, call scripts, fact sheets, and FAQs.

- Articulate the companys financial performance, strategic initiatives, and growth outlook to the investor fraternity.

2. Capital Market Relationships :

- Establish relationships and engage with equity research analysts, institutional brokers, investment banks, and financial institutions to handle routine informational queries.

- Monitor, summarize, and circulate external sell-side analyst reports, consensus models, and peer benchmarking data.

- Maintain the database tracking investor interactions, meeting feedback, and movements within the institutional shareholding matrix.

3. Compliance & Governance :

- Ensure all investor communications are compliant with SEBI regulations and global best practices.

- Liaise with legal and compliance teams to manage disclosures and regulatory filings.

Candidate Profile :

1. Experience & Background :

- 3 to 5 years of experience primarily in Investor Relations, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in Equity Research, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.

- Sector Exposure : Experience working within or covering the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), NBFC, or Fintech sectors is preferred.

- Existing professional connections or working rapport with equity research analysts, institutional investors, or corporate access teams is an added advantage.

2. Technical & Behavioral Competencies :

- Strong understanding of financial statements, and valuation methodologies.

- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional business heads.

3. Educational Qualifications :

- MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant (CA), or CFA charter holder/candidate preferred.
