Manager/Senior Manager - Internal Audit - Real Estate - CA

Key Responsibilities:

Education - Chartered Accountant ( MUST )

Job description of Internal Audit for reference:

1. Assisting in Finalising the scope along with management

2. Discussion and closely working with reputed external internal audit team to whom task assigned

3. Coordinating with respective dept to provide details and data to external audit team

4. Follow up on response plans to ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

5. Closely monitoring on observation and recommendations of audit report, immediate Action plan on critical points

6. Implementation and improvement in SOP within time period

7. Assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls

8. MIS and Regular reporting to management

Key Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Chartered Accountant

2. Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of work experience in Internal Audit. Experience in real estate will be preferred.

3. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
