Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Institutional Sales. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing institutional clients, driving revenue through equity and related financial products, and building long-term relationships within the broking ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients such as mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and corporate treasuries

- Generate revenue through equity sales, block deals, and other broking services

- Provide market insights, research ideas, and investment strategies to clients

- Coordinate with research, dealing, and execution teams to ensure seamless service delivery

- Identify new business opportunities and onboard institutional clients

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies

Key Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in Institutional Sales within a stock broking firm

- Strong network and relationships with institutional investors

- Good understanding of equity markets and financial products

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Reporting to: Director

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA / Postgraduate in Finance or related field

- NISM certifications (preferred)
