Job Summary:
- We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior Manager IT to lead and oversee end-to-end IT operations across all brand stores and the head office.
- The role involves managing a team, driving IT process improvements, supervising technology implementation,and ensuring seamless functioning of IT systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities, combined with solid experience in IT hardware, software, and network environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the IT team managing hardware and software for all brand stores, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain company computer hardware, operating systems, and applications across locations.
- Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems at the head office, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.
- Log and resolve technical queries from internal users and customers with appropriate follow-ups.
- Analyze call logs to identify recurring issues or trends and recommend improvements.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults promptly to maintain business continuity.
- Test and evaluate new technologies to enhance efficiency and support organizational growth.
- Respond to IT-related incidents or call-outs in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for management review.
- Prepare sales data and resolve third-party integration issues (e.g., Zomato/Swiggy).
- Manage user access and permissions across organizational software systems and ensure proper governance.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent.
Soft Skills: Team leadership, problem-solving mindset, and strong customer service orientation.
