Our client a reputed Real Estate Consulting firm (IPC) is looking to hire in their Industrial &amp; Warehousing Services team at Manager / Sr. Manager level. The position is based out at Bangalore. Business Unit : Industrial &amp; Warehousing Services Location : Bangalore (Relocation is not an option) Work Experience &amp; Requirement : - Minimum 4 to 12 years of experience - Excellent Communication &amp; inter personal skills. Strong analytical, proven negotiation &amp; financial skills with the ability to adapt to change - Self-starter, Confident, Collaborative with ability to multi task and work in a team - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) - Prior experience in Industrial &amp; warehousing services transactions with complete understanding of real estate transaction practices including knowledge of relevant legal jurisdiction Job Description : Business Development : - Proactively engage in business development activities through networking, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units. Particularly focusing on Industrial &amp; warehousing demand &amp; supply. - Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc. Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development for responsible geography. - Responsible for meeting and / or exceeding individual &amp; team targets Transaction Management : - Advisory and investment services to effectively conclude major transactions - predominantly focussing on the Indian market, especially Bangalore. This includes involvement in preparing of information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical, market intelligence, and inputs from solicitors &amp; tax consultants. - Advisory Assignments - provide stand alone fee generating Investment advisory services including lease versus buy analysis, off balance sheet (REIT) strategies, regional asset allocation and market entry strategy advice. - Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as cash flows, and presentations. Strong financial skills. Demonstrated client and program management skills for sale/acquisition transactions, including coordination with offshore teams and clients. Candidate should have demonstrated the ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups and successful closure of deals. - Assess client requirements, initiate &amp; maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions. - Manage the entire transaction process including, financial analysis, target identification, deal structuring (Joint Development, JV, Outright, Redevelopment), negotiation, legal and commercial due diligence - Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical, market intelligence, and seek inputs from solicitors, legal consultants &amp; Government bodies. - Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate &amp; timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.
