Manager/Senior Manager - Indirect Tax - Strategy & Consulting - CFO & Enterprise Value Practice

We are looking for a seasoned Indirect Tax Manager / Senior Manager to join our Strategy & Consulting - CFO & Enterprise Value (CFO&EV) practice. This role demands a strong background in indirect tax technologies and compliance processes, combined with consulting and leadership capabilities. You will lead large-scale transformation projects for global clients, drive solution design and implementation, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead client engagements end-to-end, including proposal development, stakeholder management, and project delivery.

- Identify business development opportunities and build internal networks to support go-to-market initiatives.

- Prepare business cases, define solution architecture, develop project plans, and manage resource allocation.

- Oversee implementation of tax automation tools (Vertex, OneSource, Sabrix), ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

- Mentor and manage teams of 5-10+ consultants, drive performance, and support talent development initiatives.

- Maintain and strengthen client relationships by providing strategic and operational tax transformation guidance.

- Contribute to thought leadership by developing points of view on indirect tax trends, digital compliance, and emerging technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Hands-on experience with OneSource, Vertex, or Sabrix implementations

- Deep understanding of indirect tax types (VAT, GST, Sales/Use Tax, Withholding Tax, Digital Compliance Reporting)

- Experience across at least three full lifecycle ERP/tax technology implementations

- Familiarity with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
