About the Opportunity:

A leading large, diversified Indian business group is looking to hire a Manager / Senior Manager HR Technology & Transformation to drive technology-led transformation across its HR function and multiple businesses.

The organization operates a complex HR technology environment with multiple businesses and entities, and is currently undertaking initiatives around HR technology transformation, platform optimization, technology evaluation, entity-level technology transitions and digitalization of HR processes.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can operate at the intersection of HR, Technology, Digital, Data and Business.

What will you do?:

- Drive the HR Technology roadmap and transformation agenda.

- Lead HRMS/HCM implementation, enhancement, migration and optimization initiatives.

- Translate HR business requirements into scalable technology solutions and workflows.

- Evaluate and recommend new HR technology platforms based on functionality, scalability, integration, security, user experience and ROI.

- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, go-live and hypercare.

- Work across multiple businesses/entities and manage standardization versus business-specific requirements.

- Drive HR process re-engineering, automation and digitalization.

- Partner with IT, HR leadership, HRBPs, COEs, business teams and technology vendors.

- Establish strong UAT and implementation governance.

- Drive HR technology adoption and change management.

- Enable robust HR data, reporting, analytics and governance.

- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI and emerging HR technologies.

What are we looking for?:

- 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, HR Transformation, HRIS/HCM or Digital HR.

- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Darwinbox / SAP SuccessFactors / Workday / Oracle HCM or similar.

- Proven experience in end-to-end HRMS/HCM implementation or transformation projects.

- Strong understanding of UAT, testing, implementation governance and go-live management.

- Experience in evaluating HR technology solutions / vendors.

- Experience in HR process transformation and automation.

- Strong stakeholder management across HR, IT, Business and external partners.

- Good understanding of HR data, analytics, integrations and technology governance.

- Ability to translate business problems into practical technology solutions.

The ideal candidate:

We are particularly interested in professionals who have built, implemented or transformed HR technology ecosystems, rather than candidates who have only administered an HRMS.

Experience in multi-entity environments, tenant migration/separation, HR technology evaluation, UAT governance, HR analytics, automation, AI or digital HR transformation will be highly relevant.
