We have a suitable opportunity in the Human Resource division at our Baddi Plant for the position of Manager - HR.

- In this role, you will be responsible for Plant HR related activities. You should have 5+ years of experience with global MNCs in the manufacturing/FMCG sector in a core operations role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Ensure legal security at both individual and collective levels, as well as compliance with HR processes and practices, according to applicable legal provisions, in consultation with managers.

- Outline business issues for his/her unit in terms of HR issues and projects, anticipate and accompany operational requirements and organisational changes, acting as a business strategic driver.

- Create conditions for a high-quality social environment, alongside social partners, and strengthen the quality of life in the workplace.

- Consolidate and analyse HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and annual reports for his/her area of activity, according to defined objectives.

- Strengthen and promote the organisation's image, as well as its diversity, by ensuring respect for the Group's values and code of ethics.

- Strategic Talent Management: You will drive the plant's strategic hiring plan for statutory and contract labour positions. Build a pipeline of future talent by establishing connections with technical campuses for Graduate Engineer Trainees and Interns. You will also see the complete onboarding and orientation for all new team members.

- Industrial Relations & Compliance: Liaise and manage all labour-related matters, manage inspections from government bodies and ensure 100% compliance with statutory regulations. You will define and monitor service-level agreements with contract labour vendors, ensuring quality and timely hiring while adhering to production schedules.

- Operations & Administration Excellence: You will supervise all plant administration activities, including housekeeping, security, and canteen services. You will also be responsible for managing HR budgets, preparing monthly headcount and cost reporting MIS, and championing Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives on site.

- Drive digitalisation initiatives within the department

- Compensation & Benefits: You will supervise the compensation and benefits processes, ensure accurate and timely payroll, audit vendor invoices and manage the attendance and gate pass systems for all personnel.
