We are hiring for the role of Manager/Sr. Manager - HR Operations for a HealthTech startup based out in Gurgaon. The startup is well-funded and has been into the business for almost a decade now. Job Description : 1. Handle all administrative tasks related to on-boarding, new hire coordination, and exit management for PAN India employees 2. Coordinate with cross-functional departments and ensure new hires are on-boarded successfully. 3. Responsible for end to end Joining & Exit Formalities such as KYC documentation, Background verification, Issuing Offer letters, Appraisal letters, Warning letters, Relieving letters 4. Empowered to resolve employee inquiries accurately and effectively. 5. Prepare/Update daily MIS 6. Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files. 7. Coordination with Employees Grievance and solving their query related to salary, leave and attendance, compliances 8. Responsible for initiating the joining formalities with candidate, will have to coordinate and get all documents for smooth on-boarding experience 9. Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals set destinations for the HR group and track progress Requirements : 1. Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role 2. Good knowledge of Employment and Labour law 3. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems 4. Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies 5. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities 6. Team management skills
