Education : MBA

Responsibility:

a) Must specialize in strategic human resource management and employee engagement

b) Responsible for delivery of Talent Life cycle processes.

c) Partner with Business Leaders on the execution of strategic talent-related initiatives.

d) Advising across employee life cycle & supporting future roadmap of business plans.

e) Evaluate the effectiveness of talent practices, policies and programs on business goals and plans.

f) Analyse data and create talent insights for other talent leaders to leverage when advising the business and making talent related business decisions
