This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Human Resources professional to lead a high potential business. The HRBP will serve as a trusted adviser to the key executives that she/he supports, utilizing extensive experience to identify, create, and deliver innovative and pragmatic Human Resource solutions, while implementing processes and procedures to address business needs.
This role will utilize creative problem-solving skills to drive operational efficiencies in programs, processes, practices, and initiatives needed to fuel the strategy and growth of the business through its people.
This role is a combination of hands-on execution with the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives across the company. The position works closely with Senior Business Leaders.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Understands the business and establishes talent priorities to drive business results through systemic organizational and talent programs that are aligned to the business strategy.
- Enables the business by developing a talent plan and helping to guide critical talent decisions including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development and performance management to support the Business growth plans.
- Counsels and assists management on Organizational design, Talent acquisition, Compensation, Performance management and other human capital matters.
- Influence and inspire their team and guide them towards achieving organizational objectives.
- Leads various HR projects and initiatives from design to completion, including change management, Provides Subject Matter Expertise and support as needed.
- Fostering a positive work culture by promoting employee well-being, implementing employee recognition programs, and addressing concerns while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Managing employee compensation packages, including salary structures & benefits programs in alignment with market trends
- Use metrics and data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement.
- Supports the development of strategy to recruit and retain diverse, world-class talent that will be a competitive advantage.
- Partners with Leaders on the development and delivery of employee communication initiatives.
- Additional duties as assigned.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Global PHR preferred
- Prior experience in integrating and aligning multiple business units to operate as one entity.
- Unquestioned integrity with demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide spectrum of leaders as trusted advisers and confidant.
- Excellent influencing skills and adapting to various leadership styles at all levels in the organization, including C-Suite and competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions.
- Demonstrated advanced customer focus, judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal) required.
- Demonstrated ability and experience working effectively in a self-directed, proactive, results oriented, complex, fast-paced environment across all levels.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of Human Resources expertise across Talent Development, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Organizational Design, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, and Change Management.
- Experience working in Zoho and Google Suite.
- Ability to align policies and practices with all regulatory requirements.
- Must be fluent in English and local language.
- Must be able to work with US/EST time zones.
