Role Overview:
We are hiring a Manager/Senior Manager HR to serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for our Bangalore region, supporting both the IFMS and Food Services verticals.
This individual will drive HR initiatives across Talent, L&D, Employee Experience, and Engagement, while closely aligning with business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the HR Business Partner for the IFMS and Food business teams in the Bangalore region
- Lead and drive end-to-end HR processes including Talent Management, L&D, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
- Ensure effective roll-out of CoE-driven initiatives such as GPTW, Employee Experience, and Compliance
- Partner closely with business and operational leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Analyze and interpret people data using advanced Excel, and deliver insights that influence decision-making
- Champion digital adoption in HR through effective usage of HRMS platforms and automation tools
- Lead and manage HR projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Coordinate with the recruitment and central HR teams to support talent acquisition, retention, and frontline capability building
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 7-12 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to Facility Management, Food Services
- Strong HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional role
- Excellent Excel and data handling skills; ability to create dashboards and interpret HR analytics
- Digitally savvy comfortable with HRMS tools, reporting platforms, and automation
- Experience handling Talent Management, L&D, Employee Engagement, HR Projects, and working with HR CoEs
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to work with field teams as well as senior leadership
- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute is preferred
