Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Talent Acquisition Operations Leader to manage and optimize recruitment operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, consistency, and compliance of hiring processes, systems, tools, and analytics. This role acts as a bridge between recruitment execution and business enablement-driving operational excellence, technology integration, and continuous process improvement in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end TA operations, including requisition management, interview coordination, offer generation, onboarding handoff, and compliance tracking.
- Design and implement streamlined TA processes and operational frameworks to support scale and efficiency.
- Own and manage recruitment systems/ATS (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.), ensuring optimal usage, adoption, and governance.
- Track, measure, and report on recruitment metrics and dashboards (SLA, TAT, funnel analytics, diversity metrics, etc.) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with recruitment delivery teams, HR business partners, and hiring managers to optimize workflows and improve candidate experience.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements across hiring operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, background verification agencies, and third-party tools to ensure seamless recruitment operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, automation opportunities, and best practices across global TA operations.
- Support hiring event logistics, campus hiring operations, and onboarding documentation as needed.
- Build and lead a TA operations team; develop SOPs and knowledge-sharing practices for consistent execution.
