Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Acquisition:
- Own new logo acquisition across General Staffing (blue/grey collar, frontline, operations, BFSI ops, retail, manufacturing, logistics, etc.)
- Prospect CXOs, HR Heads, TA Heads, Operations Leaders
- Drive end-to-end sales: discovery solutioning commercials closure
- Build a predictable pipeline, not opportunistic deals
2. Revenue & Headcount Growth:
- Drive monthly billing, active headcount, and GM targets
- Focus on account depth, not just logo count
- Identify opportunities for ramp-ups, multi-location deployment, and long-term contracts
3. Commercials, Pricing & Negotiation:
- Own pricing, margins, and contract terms
- Ensure deals meet GM and cash-flow thresholds
- Push back on unviable pricing growth without margin is failure
4. Client Relationship & Governance:
- Act as single-point owner for strategic accounts
- Manage QBRs, escalations, renewals, and expansions
- Ensure service delivery alignment with Ops & Recruitment teams
5. Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with delivery, recruitment, payroll, and compliance teams
- Translate client demand into clear hiring plans and SLAs
- Ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and invoicing cycles
6. Forecasting & Hygiene:
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Track billing, collections, ageing, and client profitability
