Job Summary:

You will be responsible for driving fundraising initiatives for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and managing distributor channels to expand the investor base. The role focuses on securing capital commitments from institutional, Family offices and HNI investors and building strong relationships with distributors such as Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Fund Distributors and wealth Management firms. Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience in fundraising within wealth management or AIF firms, with a proven track record of achieving significant capital targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Asset Acquisition & Project Scouting: Identify and evaluate commercial and residential projects in key markets (e.g.,Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore)

- Sales Strategy & Channel Development: Activate and manage channel sales divisions by onboarding IFAs, CAs, and equity partners to drive business growth.

- Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with investors, brokers, and corporate partners to expand the client base and achieve sales targets.

- Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) Management: Propose and contribute to AIF CAT II products, securing initial commitments and driving investor participation.

- Client & Partner Engagement: Organize and participate in client meetups, BNI meets, and marketing events to promote the company's fractional ownership and investment products.

- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (technical, operations, and marketing) to implement innovative strategies and enhance business processes.

- Performance Tracking: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, maintaining a high closure ratio (50% or above) for direct and channel partner sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales, asset management, or proptech, with a focus on commercial and residential properties.

- Strong network-building skills with experience onboarding IFAs, CAs, and equity partners.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, with a track record of contributing significant revenue (e.g., INR 5-10 Cr+).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Experience in organizing client engagement events and marketing initiatives.

- Proficiency in working with technical teams to implement process improvements and user-friendly solutions.

- Knowledge of AIF CAT II products and fractional ownership models is a plus.
