Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Reporting IGAAP- 8+ Years - Gurgaon

We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager - Financial Reporting IGAAP for our Gurgaon location. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of post-qualification experience, including 4+ years within the Indian Insurance industry or Indian Banking Sector or Listed Companies. The remaining experience should be from listed Indian BFSI organizations or consulting firms, with mandatory hands-on exposure to Indian GAAP (IGAAP). This role involves end-to-end ownership of financial reporting and statutory compliance, along with leadership responsibility within a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and oversee IGAAP-compliant financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory adherence.

2. Prepare, review, and analyze IGAAP financial statements, reports, and forecasts in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.

3. Lead and guide the financial reporting team, delivering actionable insights to support senior management decision-making.

4. Ensure timely statutory and regulatory filings, coordinating with internal and external auditors to resolve queries and discrepancies.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting practices, drive process improvements, and stay aligned with evolving accounting standards.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting within the Insurance industry (mandatory).

2. Strong hands-on expertise in Indian GAAP (mandatory).

3. Proven experience in senior-level financial reporting, statutory filings, and regulatory. compliance.

4. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting/ERP tools. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
