Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Reporting

About:

- Lead a team of 8-10 members, including Assistant Managers, Senior Associates, Associates, and Analysts.

- Oversee statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Labour laws) and periodic tax calculations.

- Strong knowledge of finance, taxation, and Companies Act compliance.

- Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) under IGAAP/INDAS.

- Consolidate financial statements for global groups.

- Review systems, processes, and internal controls.

- Provide recommendations and draft reports on key issues.

- Ensure team delivers accurate work on time.

- Keep the team updated on developments in direct/indirect tax and corporate law.

Must be CA/CPA/CMA

Experience : 8-12 years
