Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis/Regulatory Compliance

Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager FP&A & Regulatory Compliance (CA)

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 8- 12 years of experience, preferably from an NBFC or Housing Finance background.

What you'll be doing:

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the business

- Analyze company performance and provide insights to improve profitability

- Build financial models and support business growth initiatives

- Prepare RBI returns and ensure regulatory compliance

- Handle financial reporting and Ind AS accounting requirements

- Create management reports, board presentations, and investor updates

- Work closely with business, sales, operations, and leadership teams

- Support audits, annual reports, and other finance-related projects

What we're looking for:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

- Hands-on experience with RBI reporting and Ind AS

- Prior experience in NBFC/HFC sector

- Good knowledge of Excel, SAP, Power BI/Tableau, GST, and TDS

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
