Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - NBFC

Role Overview:

A leading financial services platform is seeking a Manager - Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis to drive budgeting, rolling forecasts, management reporting and business performance analytics. The role will partner with business and functional leaders to evaluate profitability, optimise costs and support strategic decisions. The position will own financial modelling, business planning, performance reviews and reporting automation, with regular interaction with senior management. Relevant experience in an NBFC or fintech environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual budgeting, monthly performance tracking and rolling financial forecasts.

- Own management reporting, performance review presentations and financial analysis for senior management.

- Analyse business performance, profitability, product economics and key financial and operational metrics.

- Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analyses for new initiatives and strategic decisions.

- Partner with business, risk, operations and technology teams to identify growth opportunities and cost optimisation measures.

- Improve reporting efficiency through standardised dashboards, reporting automation and financial controls.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting or business finance.

- Chartered Accountant or Master of Business Administration in Finance from a reputed institution.

- Experience in an NBFC, fintech or relevant financial services environment.

- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and variance analysis.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools and dashboards.

- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate financial data into business recommendations.
