Position Title: Manager/Senior Manager FP&A

Department: MIS & Budgeting

Function: Finance

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: VP/Senior VP - MIS & Budgeting

Purpose of this role: To ensure effective financial planning, performance analysis, management reporting, and IFRS support, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions and achieve the organization's strategic objectives.

Main Responsibility:

- Analyse financial performance and business data to identify key trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities, providing actionable insights to management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial plans are aligned with organizational strategies and operational goals.

- Prepare and submit monthly management reports, including Gross Written Premium (GWP) analysis, NCOR preparation, and other key financial performance reports.

- Maintain and update monthly MIS reports, including branch-wise and profitability analyses, covering both direct and indirect expenses to support internal management decision-making (Board reporting & Other MIS reporting).

- Key contributor in Financial planning and Forecasting.

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of IFRS reporting and compliance requirements, including lease accounting calculations, working papers, schedules, and supporting templates.

Qualification and Experience Requirement:

Education: Chartered Accountant/ CMA/MBA Finance from Tier 1 College.

Experience: Minimum experience of three years or more in Financial services (Preference will be from insurance).
