Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Footwear/Retail/Manufacturing Industry

Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Industry: Footwear / Retail / Manufacturing

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA (Finance) from Tier 1/2 institutes (IIM, ISB, MDI, FMS, XLRI, NMIMS, etc.)

Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-growth or large-scale companies with - 750 Cr+ turnover

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting:

- Lead the annual business planning and budgeting process across departments.

- Work closely with business heads to gather inputs and build bottom-up financial models.

- Monitor adherence to budgets and provide real-time variance analysis.

2. Business Forecasting & Strategy Support:

- Create rolling forecasts (monthly/quarterly) based on trends and business insights.

- Assist management in strategy formulation with scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.

- Prepare dashboards and KPIs for CXO-level reviews.

3. Financial Modelling & Decision Support:

- Develop robust financial models for pricing, profitability, expansion, and new business initiatives.

- Conduct ROI analysis for capex, marketing spends, new products or geographies.

- Provide financial insights and data-backed recommendations for strategic initiatives.

4. MIS & Reporting:

- Drive preparation of monthly MIS reports including P&L, cost reports, business segment performance, etc.

- Provide deep-dive analysis and commentary for investor decks or board meetings.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with sales, operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to align financial plans with business goals.

- Build strong coordination with finance & accounting teams for data accuracy and control.

Key Requirements:

- CA + MBA (Finance) from reputed Tier-1/Tier-2 institutes.

- 8-12 years of experience in FP&A, strategy, or business finance roles.

- Must have worked in high-volume environments with - 750 Cr+ turnover.

- Strong in data analytics, Excel modeling, and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau).

- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and business acumen.

- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
