Financial Planning and Analysis(FPNA) Manager/Senior Manager- Delhi NCR

Role Overview:

We are hiring experienced professionals for the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team of one of our global clients in the Engineering & Infrastructure sector, based in India. This role demands strong analytical ability, end-to-end ownership of budgeting and forecasting, and the confidence to present directly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycle end-to-end.

- Prepare and present MIS reports and financial insights to the CFO, VPs, and leadership team.

- Drive business analytics and dashboards using Power BI (certification preferred).

- Independently manage finance projects and support strategic initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for performance reviews and planning.

Candidate Profile:

- 6-14 years of experience in FP&A / MIS in large organizations (real estate sector experience preferred).

- CA/ACCA qualification.

- Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proven track record of influencing stakeholders at leadership levels.
