Exp - 7+ yrs

Qualification - CA final/ICWA final

We are looking for a Finance candidates with 7+ years of experience to manage end-to-end financial accounting, audits, internal controls, and MIS in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Balance sheet finalization, reconciliations & financial reporting

- Manage statutory & internal audits, ensure compliance

- Implement ICFR & strengthen financial controls

- Prepare MIS reports, budgeting & variance analysis

- Support plant finance, costing, inventory & KPIs

Key Skills:

- Strong accounting & audit knowledge (Ind AS/IGAAP)

- Expertise in Excel & ERP (SAP/Oracle/Tally)

- Analytical mindset with manufacturing exposure
