Sr. Manager/Manager - Finance JOB DESCRIPTION : Position Title : Senior Manager/Manager - Finance Location : Gurgaon Qualification : Chartered Accountant Experience : 10-12 years of experience in a Manufacturing Industry with Experience in Financial Accounting , MIS and Product Costing Roles & Responsibilities : Budgeting & Forecasting : - Budget of every Unit , function & department like Marketing , Business Development, Sales, Production, HR, Admin, Legal, accounts, MD etc. (Including capital Expenditure) - Review of Budget v/s Actual Expenses with achieved targets on a regular intervals - Monthly Sales MIS including Variance analysis - Comparison with customer schedule Inventory Management : - Define Appropriate inventory level/range - Action to be taken on the basis of customer order, stock in hand & pending PO - Material Procurement teams to establish Optimal order quantity & reorder levels - Monthly Stock certificates all items. Adjustment of inventory in books- Monitoring of daily production entry in ERP - Submission of Stock report and Review the slow moving & obsolete stock on monthly basis & take required action for removing the inventory from books - Physical Stock verification & physical FA verification Profitability & Margin Management : - Conversion Cost, manpower Productivity & other Variable cost analysis - Prepare the score Card of every employee on the Basis of Job responsibility & corporate targets & link it with variable pay - TB of plant closer - Quarterly balance sheet with schedules - Liaising with Auditors - Debit note scrutiny - Debtors Reco Product Pricing Management System : - Accuracy of product costings - RM prices updated monthly - Check & validity of product costings - Costing Module activation - Product pricing define on the basis of current RM/PM market price not on the basis of actual landed cost - Product wise and Customer wise profitability Software : - Software migration from Nav 2016 to BC 365 - Mechanism of Management Information System - Power BI Development for dashboard and Budget - Costing & Quality Module Active
