Manager/Senior Manager - Finance - CA

Job Title: Sr Manager/Manager Finance

Location: Greater Noida

Experience: 6 to 12 years(Post Qualification)

Industry: Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting

- Lead yearly budgets and monthly forecasts.

- Prepare and review financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

- Analyze variances and suggest improvements.

2. Accounting & Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS and quarterly financial statements as per IND-AS.

- Manage plant-level accounting (payroll, overtime, statutory filings).

- Ensure strong control over expenses and capital expenditure.

3. Cost Control & Profitability

- Implement product costing and cost accounting methods.

- Review segment-wise profitability and optimize costs.

- Manage BOM, SOP, and transfer pricing impacts.

4. Cash Flow & Capex Management

- Prepare monthly and forecasted cash flow statements.

- Handle funding for capital projects and ROI/IRR analysis.

- Coordinate with banks for funds and treasury operations.

5. Compliance & Internal Controls

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory norms.

- Work with auditors to identify and reduce financial risks.

- Improve financial processes and governance.

6. Team Leadership

- Lead and develop the finance team.

- Set performance goals and provide regular training.

- Build a culture of accountability and improvement.

Qualification

- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
