Manager/Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - Consolidation/Reporting & MIS - Infrastructure Industry

Designation - Manager/Sr. Manager

Location: Kalina, Mumbai

Key responsibilities:

- Preparation of quarterly, half yearly and yearly Consolidated Annual Accounts of InvIT as per Ind AS and SEBI InvIT Guidelines

- Handling statutory auditor, internal auditors, IFC etc to provide data, resolve queries and ensuring timely completion of Audit

- Responsible for coordination with PM in getting the SPV standalone Financials closed on time for InvIT Consolidation

- Responsible for reporting Related party transactions for Group and ensuring its compliances as per InvIT Policy, SEBI & IndAs24 guidelines

- Assist in preparation of Quarterly Compliance certificate (Fiscal laws) for Board approval

- Assisting in preparation of Accounting Manual, RCM for IFC and developing SOPs of accounts & Finance Function

- Providing information to investors on Financials on monthly/quarterly and resolving their queries

- Providing financial information to Compliance Officer for various filings with ROC/MCA/SEBI/NSE/BSE

- Preparation of Board Presentation on Financials and Budget Comparison

- Assist in Review of NDCF of SPV's and InvIT

- Preparation of Console Budgets of InvIT, assist in its review and its monthly / quarterly monitoring

- Assisting in preparation of Placement memorandum (MD&A, Combined Financials, RPT, Projections)

- Providing Financial information to Valuer on actuals and projections

- Driving ERP implementation from InvIT and consolidation perspective

- Assisting in preparation of annual Report of InvIT

- Any other adhoc MIS/Reporting/Compliance related work

Candidate profile:

- CA

- 5 to 12 years

- From InvIT/Infrastructure companies

- Excellent analytical (including the ability to get into details and do a root cause analysis)

- Presentation skills - Well versed with MS office/Excel/PPT
