About Employer : An MNC in the renewable sector CA/CA Inter / MBA Finance having an experience of 5-10 years in Budgeting, Planning, Projections, SPVs accounting, reporting, Balance Sheet finalization, Audits (Internal & External), Financial Planning and Analysis, IFRS / Ind AS Accounting Position : Manager / Senior Manager - Finance and Accounts Reporting to : Financial Controller (FC) Responsibility : IFRS / Indian AS Accounting and reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis Job Description : - Preparation of budget of SPVs (construction/development/ operational), service companies and monitoring the budget vs actuals - Review and the accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts in accordance with statutory, company, and business requirements - Monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing of books of accounts of spvs, reporting as per parent company guidelines - Ensure timely completion of audits and implementation of the action plan - Preparation and develop project models and assist fc in analysis which aids decision-making and business strategies - Review monthly variance, price difference, cost overrun, capex, and assets accounting - Monitor cash flow / enough liquidity in business, and discuss with fc to take steps in a timely manner - Assist in financial planning and analysis for the project's returns, budget vs actual analysis, and monitoring - Ensure monthly MIS reporting for the performance of the project - Preparation of SPVs balance sheets and audit thereof - Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of all internal financial controls including budgetary controls of allocated business. - Risk assessment and control mechanism and assist fc in the implementation of the same - Create tax strategies to optimize tax, ensure various compliances and timely returns, and present after discussion with fc - Any other related task assigned by reporting authority. Competency : - Well-versed with accounting standards, IFRS / Ind AS - Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect tax, GST transfer pricing, and other applicable tax laws - Excellent IT skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint, accounting software, etc - Exposure to Financial Planning and analysis - Should have handled the full cycle of accounting, taxation, audit, ICFR, MIS & reporting, financial planning, and analysis - Team player with strong execution & managerial skills with technical Competence
