We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Sr. Finance Manager to lead end-to-end finance operations at a manufacturing setup.

Roles responsibilities:

- MIS, budgeting, Capex, P&L and cost allocations

- GST compliance, taxation, audits (internal & external)

- Vendor & bank reconciliations, inventory & stock audits

- Product costing and financial inputs to leadership

- SAP & Tally operations, SOP creation & compliance

- ExportImport taxation, subsidies, and regulatory liaison

- Driving financial discipline and supply chain efficiency

Requirements:

- Strong manufacturing finance background

- Excellent analytical, leadership & stakeholder management skills

- Hands-on knowledge of GST & taxation

- Ability to support strategic decision-making with leadership
