Manager /Senior Manager SAP Functional FICO) (10+yrs).

The SAP Manager/Senior Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive solution design across a variety of SAP applications, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA (On-Premises and Public Cloud), SAP Financial ( FICO) .

This role requires the ability to design, build process flows, Delivery and managing that integrate seamlessly across these applications and functions.

The applicant should have a proven track record of successfully delivering 4 or more end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects.

Additionally, the applicant must have experience working with IT consulting and service companies, providing advisory-based transformation solutions to clients.

This includes offering strategic guidance to customers on leveraging S/4HANA for their business transformation needs.

Responsibilities:

- Lead will advocate for process design improvements and best practices within their respective process community.

- Providing SAP platform and development standards for project teams to develop solutions that leverage SAP best practices and comply with architecture standards.

- Supporting and leading presales and sales enablement processes for both local and overseas sales teams.

- Developing comprehensive process flows that connect various SAP applications and functions, ensuring a unified and efficient system.

- Well verse in Finance business process and Need COPA experience.

- Involvement with FI integration focuses on other SAP-based ERP modules like MM, SD, HR, PP, and PM.

- Someone who has worked on Custom developments (interfaces/Reports/Programmes), well verse in writing detailed Functional specs.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and strategies.

- Staying current with SAPs roadmap and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution designs and processes.

- Building Proof of Concept (PoC) and customer demo solutions within the internal system.

- Being hands-on with SAP core and add-ons solutions.

- Leading the platform and development strategy for SAP to ensure solutions leverage optimized tools and system capabilities.

- Managing the vendor relationship with SAP and staying current with SAPs roadmap.

- Leading the SAP Emerging Technology Community of Practice (COP), which includes CRMs and business clients, to ensure analytic solutions are consistent and optimized.

- Facilitating and, if necessary, leading fit-gap analysis via discovery by engaging with business units and other corporate systems team members, such as Technical, BI, Security, Basis, SAP HXM and SAP Logistics.

- Resource planning, developing team skill matrices, and managing team workloads.

- Ensuring new capabilities introduced into production are well communicated and the IT team is prepared for production support through service introduction planning and execution.

- Collaborating with project teams to gather security-specific requirements and translating those requirements into design.

Desired experience for SAP Manager/ Senior Manager includes:

- Collect, clarify, prioritize, and develop automated solutions for business requirements, incorporating external perspectives where applicable.

- Must have 10+ years of experience in Core SAP FICO (Hands on) & S/4 HANA experience.

- Should have a proven track record of successfully delivering 4 or more end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects.

- Must have experience working with IT consulting and service companies, providing advisory-based transformation solutions to clients.

- Provided offering strategic guidance to customers on leveraging S/4HANA for their business transformation needs.

- Ensure that requirements traceability is maintained and that new application requirements are introduced in a controlled manner, considering functional dependencies, integration points, and regression impacts.

- Evaluate change impacts and risks, and document contingency plans as needed.

- Possess experience in building, managing, and directing teams.

- Be well-versed in SDLC delivery methodologies and S/4HANA implementation methodologies.

- Have experience with large-scale ERP systems (SAP, S4HANA and other SAP SaaS products).

- Work From Office.

- No Hybrid Model.

- Work Location Hyderabad.

- 5Days a Week.
