Job Description - Manager/Senior Manager - ECM (Deal Origination)

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: MBA / CA / CFA

EXPERIENCE PROFILE: 05-08 years of experience Investment Banking sector particularly in areas of Equity Capital Market products like - IPO, QIP, Buy Back, FPO, Rights Issue, Open Offer.

Key Skills:

- Accomplished professional with proven track record in IB deal origination of ECM Mainboard mandates.

- Good relationships in Industry , Large Corporates , Financial Services Markets and excellent Customer Management Credentials.

- Flair and ability to evaluate business opportunities and provide solutions to address client needs.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and evaluate potential deals, leveraging his/her extensive network and market expertise.

- Lead deal structuring and negotiations to ensure favourable outcomes for all parties involved.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to drive deal execution and achieve strategic objectives.

-Stay abreast of market developments and industry trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and objectives.
